What counts towards your plan
Only active logins. Leads, units, projects, cost sheets, notes and exports are never metered. Deactivating someone frees their place straight away, so a seasonal team doesn't pay year-round.

Questions
- Do you charge per user?
- No. You pay for a team-size band. ₹1,299 a month covers up to 10 people and ₹2,199 covers up to 20, whether you use three logins or twenty.
- What does it cost to start?
- Nothing. Gudvins is free during early access — no card, no setup fee, every module switched on. You'll get notice before any plan starts billing.
- What happens when my team grows past 20?
- Talk to us and we build a plan around your sales floor. Nothing stops working while you decide.
- Is GST included in the price?
- Prices are before GST. Nothing is charged during early access, so there is no invoice yet.
- Are leads, units or cost sheets metered?
- No. A workspace with 50,000 leads costs the same as one with 500. Notes, tasks, calls and exports aren't metered either.
- Can I leave and take my data?
- Yes. Export every lead, unit and cost sheet to CSV on any day, from inside the app, without asking us.
