Comparison
Gudvins vs Sell.Do
Sell.Do has fifteen years of Indian real estate encoded in it, and it shows — cost sheets, demand letters, brokerage reconciliation. If you are a developer with a post-sales department, it is a serious product. The question is whether you need all of it, and whether you want to start with a demo.
Sell.Do is the better fit for a developer running bookings, demand letters, collections and a large channel-partner network. Gudvins suits a brokerage or a smaller developer who wants leads, inventory and cost sheets without a sales call, a quote, or a ten-module suite shaped around someone else's business.
Side by side
| Gudvins | Sell.Do | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay | ₹1,299/month up to 10 people, ₹2,199 up to 20, published. | No public pricing. Quoted per organisation after a demo. |
| How you buy | Sign up, import a sheet, start. Minutes. | Demo, scoping, quote, contract. Weeks. |
| Leads, routing, follow-ups | Rules, pools, duty status, SLA re-assignment, speed-to-lead reporting. | Mature pre-sales suite: smart routing, call-centre tooling, productivity dashboards. |
| Unit inventory | Projects, towers and plot blocks; per-unit status, size and price; who holds and who sold. | Deep: projects, towers, units, real-time availability, approval-driven negotiation. |
| Cost sheets | Formula grid with PLC, floor rise and GST; prints to PDF; attached to lead and unit. | Dynamic cost sheets, long established. |
| Post-sales: demand letters, receipts, collections | Not built. On the roadmap, honestly not there today. | Built and proven. This is their strongest ground. |
| Channel partners | Partner records with brokerage slabs and payable amounts. | Full CP module: onboarding, inventory access, lead attribution, brokerage tracking. |
| Data isolation | A separate Postgres database per workspace, AWS Mumbai, stated on our security page. | ISO 27001 certified. A process certification rather than a per-tenant isolation claim. |
| Fit | Brokerages and smaller developers, 3–20 people. | Developers with post-sales departments; large, reference-rich accounts. |
- You're a brokerage or a small developer, and a ten-module suite is more product than the work needs
- You want to see the price and try the thing before talking to anyone
- Your post-sales is handled in accounts, not in the CRM
- You want your data hosted in India, walled off from other workspaces, and you want that written down
- You raise demand letters, track collections and manage possession inside the CRM
- You run a large channel-partner network and need CP onboarding and reconciliation at scale
- You want ISO 27001 on the vendor and a dedicated success manager
- You have the budget and the buying process for an enterprise contract
Moving from Sell.Do
- Ask your Sell.Do account manager for a CSV export of leads — it's your data, and they will provide it.
- In Gudvins, Leads → Import, then drag the columns onto the matching fields.
- Keep anything Sell.Do-specific by turning it into a custom column during the mapping step.
- Recreate your pipeline stages under Settings to match what the team already says out loud.
- Build your projects and inventory under Projects and Unit inventory; a tower or plot block takes a minute with the block builder.
- Rebuild cost-sheet templates once in Cost sheet — after that every won lead reuses them.
Be clear-eyed about post-sales: if demand letters and collections live in Sell.Do today, Gudvins has nowhere to put them yet. Several teams run the two side by side — Gudvins for the sales floor, the old system for booked units — until that's built.
Most teams are working in Gudvins the same afternoon. If the import looks awkward, send us the file on WhatsApp and we'll map it with you.
- Sell.Do publishes no pricing; the comparison reflects that directly. Their product module list is from their own published pages, reviewed August 2026.
- ISO 27001 status as claimed on their site. We hold no certification and say so on our security page.
- Post-sales, collections and CP reconciliation are genuine Sell.Do strengths and genuine Gudvins gaps today.

Questions
- How much does Sell.Do cost?
- They don't publish it — every deal starts with a demo and ends in a per-organisation quote. If you want to compare numbers before a call, that's the practical difference between the two products.
- Can Gudvins handle bookings, demand letters and collections?
- Not today. Units can be marked sold and linked to the buying lead with a cost sheet attached, but demand letters, receipts and ageing aren't built. If that's core to your operation, Sell.Do does it and we don't.
- Is Gudvins a serious alternative to a fifteen-year-old platform?
- For a sales floor of up to twenty people, we think so — leads, routing, inventory, cost sheets and channel partners are live and in daily use. For a developer running post-sales inside the CRM, not yet, and we'd rather say that than win the deal and disappoint you.
- Can I run both for a while?
- Yes, and several teams do: Gudvins for new leads and the sales floor, the existing system for booked units and post-sales. Export from Gudvins any day, so nothing traps you either way.
