Gudvins vs Kylas

Kylas built its business on the same argument we make — stop paying per user. It is a good product and the pricing logic is honest. The real question between us is whether you want a general sales CRM or one that already knows what a floor rise is.

The short answer

Both refuse per-seat pricing, so pick on fit rather than philosophy. Kylas is the better buy if you sell something other than property, or want one CRM across several business lines. Gudvins is better if property is the business and you want units, cost sheets and channel-partner payouts out of the box.

Side by side

  Gudvins Kylas
What you pay ₹1,299/month up to 10 people, ₹2,199 up to 20. Free during early access. Free tier with 1,000 records. Elevate at ₹12,999/month flat, unlimited users, 100,000 records.
What the price is metered on Team size. Records are never metered. Records. Users are unlimited, the record cap is the ceiling.
A 12-person brokerage ₹2,199/month. ₹12,999/month on Elevate, or the free tier until 1,000 records.
Unit inventory Built in: blocks, per-unit status, who holds and who sold. Not a native concept. Modelled with custom fields and modules.
Cost sheet with PLC and floor rise Built in, prints to PDF, links to the lead and the unit. Build it outside the CRM, usually in Excel.
Channel partners Partner records with brokerage slabs. Model as contacts or a custom module.
Onboarding Self-serve. Import a sheet and go. Onboarding and training by their team, included in the plan — genuinely useful if you want hand-holding.
Maturity Early access, shipping weekly. Smaller and newer. Established, strong review scores (G2 and Capterra around 4.8), a larger team behind it.
Choose Gudvins if…
  • Property is the business, and you want the real estate objects built in rather than configured
  • You'd rather pay ₹2,199 for twenty people than ₹12,999 flat
  • Your lead volume is large — tens of thousands of rows from portals and sheets — and you don't want a record cap
  • You want per-workspace data isolation in India as a stated, checkable thing
Choose Kylas if…
  • You sell more than property, or run several business lines from one CRM
  • You want included onboarding and training from a bigger team
  • You value a longer track record and a deep review history before trusting a vendor
  • Unlimited users genuinely matters more to you than the monthly figure

Moving from Kylas

  1. In Kylas, export your leads and contacts to CSV.
  2. In Gudvins, Leads → Import, drop the file and drag the columns onto the matching fields.
  3. Any Kylas custom field that has nowhere to go can become a custom column during the same mapping step.
  4. Choose phone or email as the duplicate check so re-imports don't double up.
  5. Rebuild your pipeline stages under Settings — they're free text, so name them exactly as they were.
  6. Add projects and build your inventory, then invite the team.

Most teams are working in Gudvins the same afternoon. If the import looks awkward, send us the file on WhatsApp and we'll map it with you.

Questions

Kylas is unlimited users. Isn't that better than a team-size band?
It depends on size. Below about twenty people Gudvins costs less in rupees; above that, Kylas's flat ₹12,999 starts to win on headcount. Kylas also meters records, so a high-volume portal pipeline can hit the cap — Gudvins doesn't meter records at all.
Does Kylas have real estate features?
Not natively. It's a horizontal sales CRM, so units, cost sheets and brokerage slabs are things you model with custom fields or keep in Excel. That's a reasonable design for a product serving many industries.
Which is more mature?
Kylas, clearly. It has been in the market longer, has a larger team, and has hundreds of reviews averaging around 4.8. Gudvins is in early access. If a long track record is a requirement, that's a fair reason to choose them.
