# Gudvins Tech — pricing

Gudvins is **free during early access**. No card, no setup fee, every module
on. When paid plans begin, you pick one of these:

Prices are before GST. No lock-in contract. Nothing is charged during early
access.

## What counts towards your plan

Your **team size** is the number of active logins in the workspace. Leads,
units, cost sheets and projects are not metered — a workspace with 50,000
leads costs the same as one with 500.

Deactivating someone frees their place immediately.

## What you are not charged for

- Per-user seats. Adding an associate does not change the bill.
- Setup, onboarding or data import.
- Exports. Your data leaves as CSV whenever you want it.
- Support over email or WhatsApp.

## Frequently asked

**Do you charge per user?** No. Price is by team size band, not per seat.

**What happens when my team grows past the band?** Tell us and we move you to
the next plan. Nothing is locked while you decide.

**Is my data mine?** Yes. Your workspace is hosted in India and walled off from
every other, and you can export every record on any day.

**Can I cancel?** Yes, at any time, from Settings. Export first; your data
stays available while the workspace is active.

**Is there a free trial?** Right now the whole product is free during early
access. You will get notice before any plan starts billing.
