Comparison
Gudvins vs Privyr
Privyr does one thing better than almost anyone: a lead fills in a Facebook form and gets a personal WhatsApp within seconds, then a follow-up sequence that runs itself. It is also a general B2C sales tool — it does not know what a floor rise is, or what a tower looks like.
Privyr is the better buy if your business is won or lost on how fast someone gets a WhatsApp, and you work from your phone. Gudvins is better if you sell property and need inventory, cost sheets, site visits and channel-partner payouts — at a flat rupee price rather than per user in dollars.
Side by side
| Gudvins | Privyr | |
|---|---|---|
| What ten users pay | ₹1,299/month, flat. Free during early access. | $10 per user per month billed yearly, or $22 monthly — about ₹8,400 or ₹18,500 a month for ten. |
| Free tier | Free for everyone during early access. | Free Forever for up to 3 users, with real limits: 3 lead forms, 10 templates, bulk actions on one lead, 100-row export. |
| Speed to the first message | Call or WhatsApp open from the lead in one tap, with the follow-up clock showing. No automatic message. | A new lead gets a personal WhatsApp in about two seconds, then an automatic sequence. This is their whole product and they are very good at it. |
| Follow-up sequences and templates | Not built. Follow-up dates, an overdue list and a morning digest. | Multi-step WhatsApp, SMS and email sequences, templates with auto-personalisation, bulk messaging 50 at a time. |
| Unit inventory | Towers and plot blocks, per-unit size, price and status, who holds a unit and who sold it. | Not a concept. Privyr is not a property product. |
| Cost sheet with PLC, floor rise and GST | A formula grid that prints to PDF with your logo and terms, attached to the lead and the unit. | Not built. |
| Site visits and channel partners | Site-visit records; partner records with brokerage slabs and payable amounts. | Not built. |
| Routing new leads | Rules on source, project, budget or a form answer; pools with round robin, least-loaded or weighted; on-duty status; SLA re-assignment. | Auto-assignment with on-duty status, and it can hand a lead to someone by WhatsApp or email without them having an account. |
| Knowing whether a lead opened your brochure | Not built. | Built: file and page view tracking tells a rep the lead opened the brochure. |
| Google Sheets sync | Connected sheets sync automatically, with duplicates skipped. | Not offered. |
| Mobile | Mobile web, designed for a phone. | Native Android and iOS apps, and the product is built phone-first. Reviewers do report the app getting slower as features land. |
| Getting your data out | CSV and JSON, any day, no row limits. | Export exists, with row caps — 100 rows on the free tier. |
| Fit | Property teams of 3 to 20 selling flats, plots and projects. | Any B2C salesperson — insurance, education, travel, property — who works from WhatsApp. |
- Property is the business, and you need inventory, cost sheets and brokerage as real screens
- You want one rupee price for the floor rather than a dollar price per head
- Your leads arrive in a Google Sheet and you would rather sync it than move off it
- You need to know which unit a buyer holds, not only when they were last messaged
- Export with no row limit matters to you
- The first WhatsApp inside ten seconds is what decides your deals
- You want automatic follow-up sequences running without anyone remembering
- Your reps work entirely from a phone and want a native app
- You sell something other than property, or several things
- You want to know when a lead opened the brochure you sent
Moving from Privyr
- In Privyr, export your contacts to CSV. Check your plan's row limit first — the free tier caps exports at 100 rows.
- In Gudvins, open Leads → Import and drop the file in.
- Drag your columns onto the CRM fields; anything Privyr-specific becomes a custom column in the same screen.
- Pick phone as the duplicate check, since the same buyer often arrives twice.
- Rebuild your stages under Settings to match what your floor already says out loud.
- Add your projects and build your towers under Unit inventory, then invite the team under Employees.
Be honest with yourself about the sequences. If your follow-up today is a Privyr sequence running on its own, moving to Gudvins means a person has to work a follow-up list instead. Some teams keep Privyr for first-touch messaging and use Gudvins for inventory, cost sheets and the pipeline — that is a reasonable way to run it until we build messaging.
Most teams are working in Gudvins the same afternoon. If the import looks awkward, send us the file on WhatsApp and we'll map it with you.
- Privyr pricing from their published plans, checked 19 October 2026: Pro at $22 per user per month, or $10 billed yearly, up to 20 users, plus a Free Forever tier for up to 3 users. Rupee figures are converted for comparison and move with the exchange rate.
- Feature coverage from Privyr's own product pages. The note about the app slowing as features land comes from Google Play reviews (4.4 stars across about 1,270 reviews), sampled 19 October 2026.
- Privyr is a Singapore company founded in 2018 and a Meta Business Partner. Their speed-to-lead and sequence features are genuinely ahead of ours.
- Our own pricing is published and flat — see /pricing. Gudvins is in early access and currently free.

Questions
- How much does Privyr cost for a ten-person team?
- About $100 a month billed yearly, or $220 monthly — roughly ₹8,400 or ₹18,500 at October 2026 rates. Gudvins is ₹1,299 a month for ten people, flat. Privyr also has a Free Forever tier for up to three users, which is cheaper than anything we will charge once early access ends.
- Does Gudvins send an automatic WhatsApp to a new lead?
- No. Call and WhatsApp open from the lead in one tap, and the follow-up clock starts, but nobody gets a message unless a person sends one. Privyr does this automatically in about two seconds and it is the best thing about their product. If that is what you are buying, buy theirs.
- Why would a property team pick Gudvins over Privyr?
- Because Privyr has no inventory, no cost sheet, no site visits and no channel-partner brokerage. A broker using Privyr keeps units in one sheet, cost sheets in another and follow-ups in the app. Gudvins puts those in one place and prices the whole floor at one figure instead of per head in dollars.
- Can I use both?
- Yes, and it is a sensible split while we have no messaging: Privyr for the first touch and the sequence, Gudvins for inventory, cost sheets, site visits and the pipeline. Both export, so neither traps your data.
