Comparison

Gudvins vs Leadrat

Leadrat is the closest thing to Gudvins on the market — a real estate CRM for Indian brokers, channel partners and builders, and a good one. It is also sold per user, billed a year at a time, with no trial and no price on the page. For a ten-person floor that is ₹22,990 a month against ₹1,299.

The short answer

Leadrat is the better product if you need portal leads from 99acres and MagicBricks, a calling layer, or the post-sales half of the business — bookings, demand notes and collections. Gudvins is better if you want the sales floor covered at a flat price you can see, paid monthly, with no demo and no annual commitment.

Choose Gudvins if…
  • Per-user pricing at ₹2,299 means you leave juniors and telecallers off the system
  • You will not commit a year and ₹2.75 lakh upfront to software you have not used
  • You want to evaluate it tonight, without a demo and a quote
  • Your team still lives in a Google Sheet and you would rather sync it than abandon it
  • Your post-sales runs in accounts, not in the CRM
Choose Leadrat if…
  • Leads from 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing are the bulk of your pipeline
  • You need call logging, call counts or an IVR inside the CRM
  • You raise demand notes, track collections and need a buyer 360 view
  • Your field team needs a native app with attendance and location tracking
  • You want a partner app and a buyer app, and the budget for all of it

Moving from Leadrat

  1. Ask Leadrat for a CSV export of your leads before your term ends — it is your data, and it is easier to get while the account is active.
  2. In Gudvins, open Leads → Import and drop the file in.
  3. Drag your columns onto the CRM fields. Anything Leadrat-specific becomes a custom column in the same screen.
  4. Pick phone as the duplicate check. Portal leads repeat constantly, and this is what stops the double entries.
  5. Rebuild your stages under Settings, then set Assignment rules so tomorrow's leads land on the right person without anyone sorting them.
  6. Build your projects and towers under Unit inventory, then invite the floor under Employees and set who reports to whom.

Two things will not come across, and you should plan for them. Portal leads will need to arrive by sheet or CSV until we build that ingestion. And if demand notes and collections live in Leadrat today, Gudvins has nowhere to put them — some teams run the sales floor here and keep the old system for booked units until that exists.

Most teams are working in Gudvins the same afternoon. If the import looks awkward, send us the file on WhatsApp and we'll map it with you.

Questions

How much does Leadrat cost in India?
₹2,299 per user per month as of 19 October 2026, billed annually with a minimum of ten users — so ₹22,990 a month, or ₹2,75,880 a year paid upfront. Rates fall at volume, to about ₹1,499 per user at 100 users. Gudvins is ₹1,299 a month for ten people and ₹2,199 for twenty, whoever is on it.
Is Gudvins really 17 times cheaper?
For ten users, yes: ₹1,299 against ₹22,990. The gap narrows as you grow, because their per-user rate drops and ours is a flat band. Ours is also monthly, so you are not committing a year in advance. What you give up at that price is portal ingestion, calling and post-sales, and those are real things to give up.
Does Gudvins pull leads from 99acres and MagicBricks?
Not today, and it is the most common thing teams ask us for. Leads come in through Google Sheets sync, which re-reads a connected sheet automatically and skips duplicates, or through CSV import. If portal ingestion is the whole reason you want a CRM, Leadrat does it and we do not.
Can Gudvins handle bookings, demand notes and collections?
No. A unit can be marked sold and linked to the buying lead with its cost sheet attached, but demand notes, receipts and overdue ageing are not built. Leadrat's Builder CRM covers all of it. If you are a developer running post-sales inside the CRM, they are the better fit and we would rather say so now.
Is there a trial, or do I have to sit through a demo?
You can sign up and start, with no card and no call. Leadrat has no public trial — their path is a demo and then a quote. If you would rather look before you talk to anyone, that is the practical difference between the two.
